In development — founding partner early access
Your restaurant’s data, delivered where managers actually look.
Dinic Pulse reads any software your operation already runs — POS, reservations, table management — and sends your team the right decision, at the right moment, over WhatsApp.
No new app to install. No dashboard nobody opens. No behaviour change required.

The problem
The adoption layer is where restaurant tech dies.
Most operators run 3–5 different systems. Each one has a dashboard. None of them get checked consistently during service. The intelligence exists — it just never reaches the floor at the moment it matters.
Fragmented stack, no single view
POS from one vendor, reservations from Google or TheFork, table management from another. Nobody built a bridge.
Dashboards no one opens during service
A floor manager between table turns is not opening a browser tab. The data sits there, fresh and useless.
No API, no integration
Most restaurant software doesn’t expose an API. Traditional integrations are impossible, so operators stay siloed forever.
Intelligence without execution is decoration
Forecasts mean nothing if they don’t change what a manager does at 12:15pm before the lunch rush breaks.
How it works
A screen-reading agent that speaks your team’s language.
Dinic Pulse doesn’t need APIs. It uses computer vision and browser automation to read interfaces the same way a human would — then reasons across systems to produce plain-language actions, delivered over WhatsApp Business.

01

Uses dedicated read-only credentials per system
02

Extracts sales, covers, stock, prep data every 15–30 min
03

Correlates POS + reservations + table status into one view
04

Short, specific, timed to the exact shift moment
05

Manager reads, acts, or asks a follow-up question
What Pulse monitors
Six things your managers need to know. Delivered automatically.
01
Revenue pacing
Tracks hourly revenue vs. target and sends alerts when the operation is falling behind — or when an upsell window opens.
02
Staffing decisions
Cross-references reservation load, walk-in patterns, and historical data to recommend exact staffing adjustments per shift.
03
Prep & waste control
Projects how much of each item will sell based on forecasted covers and current stock levels. Prevents both waste and 86’d items.
04
Table & floor management
Monitors table turn times, flags slow tables, and surfaces floor bottlenecks during service — before they affect guest experience.
05
Post-shift intelligence
End-of-day summaries with revenue, covers, average check, and next-day prep recommendations — sent automatically after close.
06
Two-way Q&A
Managers can reply with natural language questions and get instant answers. “How many covers do we have tomorrow?” Just ask.
Compatible systems
Works with what you already use.
No migration. No integration project. Pulse reads your existing software the same way your team does — without needing an API.
